Orientation towards Excellence
The objective of IIID-HRC is to bring all the stakeholders of the Design profession on to a consolidated platform so that processes and practices may be streamlined. The platform also serves to facilitate and promote the sharing of ideas and the dissemination of information, particularly with regard to emerging trends and best practices in the industry and the profession.
The objective of the Orientation Meet held on October 8th 2021 was to give members an overview of the Managing Committee, and the roles and responsibilities of key office bearers like the Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
The Orientation Meet also provided an in-depth understanding of the various committees that IIID-HRC operates through. These committees ensure that key functions, activities and responsibilities are handled by a dedicated team of persons having the requisite knowledge, experience and capabilities for handling such functions.

The presentation on Committees also walked the members through the key functions performed by each committee and provided deeper insights into the functioning of IIID-HRC at both organizational and interpersonal levels.
Over the years, IIID-HRC has built a reputation for being a vibrant, dynamic and proactive Chapter, and a significant part of this high-performance persona stems from the effectiveness of the MC and its Committees.
