About IIID Thane -

IIID Thane Regional Chapter was chartered during year 2010. Thane regional chapter has emerged as a very active and happening chapter with its very innovative programs aimed at sharing knowledge. Last  five year has been very eventful with variety of programs like audio -visual presentations by eminent Architects and Interior Designers, technical and knowledge sessions, panel  discussions with the experts. These programs have benefited members and we have had an overwhelming response by members for our programs.

The best recognition and achievement has been " IIID Thane Regional Centre" has won the best centre in India award 2010- 2012 in our founding year during the leadership of our past Chairman Mr. Naeem Patel.

From a mere 40 members in the first year we are 172. We have also been declared  "Thane Regional Chapter " in last EC meeting in Feb 2016.

Thane Regional Chapter has also hosted prestigious events like Anchor awards (Western Zone) and hosted National Executive Committee meeting. 

Our mission is to raise the performance bar and excel in creating a robust platform to bring more synergy between Interior Designers, trade suppliers, manufacturers, students and work towards inclusive growth for all.

Taking Design to the masses in the National Theme for 2014-2016 using five tatwas of Ideate, Innovate, Integrate, Invigorate and Disseminate as announced by our President Pratap Jadhav.
